How it works

Send plans. Win the bid. Install.

Vorbi connects every step a subcontractor's office runs today in separate tools, so the numbers from the takeoff carry all the way to the punch list.

Step 1

Send plans

Share drawings, specs and schedules for the bid, or connect the folder where your GCs send them.

Step 2

Get takeoff + bid

Quantities by unit type, floor and building, with marked-up plans. Your unit costs and labor rates produce the bid sheet, and the system builds a branded bid document with inclusions and exclusions.

Submit with confidence. Mismatches between plans and specs are flagged before your number goes out, with GC questions ready to send.

Step 4

Ordering and delivery, managed

A won bid becomes a project. Orders are organised by unit and floor, supplier emails update delivery dates, and missing items or changes trigger alerts.

Migration and onboarding

Before step one: we move your data and set up your team.

Switching doesn't mean starting over. Onboarding brings your existing work into Vorbi and gets everyone working in it.

We import your data

Price sheets, labor rates, open jobs, suppliers and GC contacts from your spreadsheets and exports, whether they live in monday.com, Google Sheets, Excel, Procore or other tools. Our team moves them in and checks them with you.

We set up your team

Accounts and roles for the office, estimators, project managers and installers, with a walkthrough of each person's part.

Your team logs in and keeps working

Screens follow how subs already work, so the learning curve is minimal. Same jobs, same numbers, one place.

We work from your files and exports; no live integration with other tools is needed. Product names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Under the hood

Your own private workspace.

Private by design

Each company gets its own workspace and data. Your plans, prices and bids are never shared with other customers.

Set up to your trade

Start from a trade template (flooring, tile, trim, cabinetry), then we tune scopes, price items and bid templates to you.

Gets better with use

New releases ship to every customer. Common requests become settings, so the system keeps up with how you work.

Q&A

Quick answers

How long does a takeoff take?

For most multifamily bids the takeoff and bid are ready within a day of receiving complete drawings. On the Guaranteed Takeoff & Estimate offer we commit to delivery in under 24 hours.

Can we bring our existing data?

Yes. As part of onboarding our team moves your price sheets, open jobs, suppliers and project trackers from your spreadsheets and exports (for example from monday.com, Google Sheets, Excel or Procore) into Vorbi. No live integration is needed.

Do I have to change how my office works?

No. Setup loads your price sheets, labor rates, suppliers, GC contacts and bid templates, so the system starts from how you already work. Generic requests become settings; your office checks and approves.

Who checks the numbers?

You do, with evidence. Every quantity comes with a marked-up plan, so an estimator can check line by line before the bid goes out.

What happens after the bid is won?

The bid becomes a project automatically, with orders, delivery tracking, installation tasks and punch lists ready to go. Nothing is re-entered.
